1 lb cubed beef stew meat
1 c chopped onion
1 c chopped celery
1/4 c beef bouillon granules
1/4 t dried parsley
1 pinch black pepper
1 c chopped carrots
5 3/4 c water
1 pkg frozen egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan over medium high heat, sauté the stew meat and onion for 5 minutes or until meat is browned on all sides. Stir in the bouillon, parsley, ground black pepper, celery, carrots, water and egg noodles. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.

This would probably taste just as good without the noodles or with rice noodles so that it could be gluten free. Zucchini noodles might be a good substitute as well. Vicki gave me this recipe in 2011
