1- 16 oz. bag of broccoli slaw
I - 3 oz pack of ramen noodles, uncooked
1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1 cup dried cranberries
5-6 green onions, stems only (optional)
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds, toasted (optional)

Dressing
1/2 cup canola oil
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar

In a large bowl, mix broccoli slaw, almonds, cranberries together. Crush uncooked ramen noodles in a bag and add to slaw mixture (discard seasoning packet). Add sunflower seeds and green onions, if desired.

In a separate bowl, mix canola oil, white sugar, and red wine together. Add to slaw mixture and mix well. Let refrigerate for an hour before serving.

This a very versatile recipe. You can add more or less of the dry ingredients to fit your taste. I make it according to the recipe and then add extra ingredients if needed or desired.
