2 lbs. veal or pork, cubed
2 tbs. oil
2 onions, chopped
1 cup rice
2 cups water or broth
Salt and pepper
2 tsp. Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion until golden brown; add meat and simmer for about ˝ hour, covered. Add salt, pepper, paprika, rice and water/broth and simmer another ˝ hour or until rice is cooked and all liquid has been absorbed.

note: can also be put in oven to complete cooking after the rice has been added.
