1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
Small handful of rice
1 egg
1 tsp. Paprika
Pepper & salt
1 garlic clove, minced
2 strips bacon, cut small
1 can of sauerkraut
1 head of cabbage
Smoke ham hocks or sausages
1 can of tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put cabbage in a big pot of water and bring to a boil, turn of heat.

2. Take a small onion, cut fine and fry in bacon fat and let cool.

3. Open can of sauerkraut and squeeze out liquid.

4. Mix, meats, salt, pepper, eggs, paprika,onion, bacon, rice, and garlic.

5. Separate cabbage leaves, and pat dry. Fill leaves with meat mixture and roll up. Secure rolls with tooth pick.

6. Hop up the rest of the cabbage and mix in with the sauerkraut.

7. Put. Layer of kraut in roasting pan, put rolls on top, put sausages/ham hocks in between and cover with the rest of the sauerkraut.

8. Add 1 can of condensed tomato soup which has been diluted with a can of water and pour over top of casserole.

9. Bake at 350º for 2½ hours.

Note: You can cover top with some strips of bacon.
