1 lb, beef
4 Tbs. vinegar
1 large onion
1 bay leaf
6 cloves
2 Tbs. flour
1 beef boullion cube
1 tsp. gravy master
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper the roast. Add vinegar and water to meat to cover. Let stand to marinate for 3 days.

After meat has marinated for the 3 days, remove meat from marinade and pat dry. Brown meat in some butter, saute onions, then. add some of the marinade and more water to cover meat, add bay leaf, cloves, boullion cube and cook until meat is tender.

Add gravy masters, salt and pepper to taste.

Note: the size of the roast will determine how you increase the rest of the ingredients.
