Ingredients:

2 cups cubed Ham. 3/4 “

Mix together and boil to a boil:
2 cups water
1 cup cider vinegar
1 T. Sugar
1 large sliced or chopped onion
1 T whole pickling spices tied in a bag
1 t. Salt


Add ham and simmer covered for 20 minutes

Chill
