Ingredients:
The original recipe calls for 12 slices of bread - cut off crusts and cube it then spread along the bottom of a 9x13 pan, but I've started using tater tots, I cook then in my air fryer first to make them a little crispy. I use enough to generously spread on the bottom of the pan.

Brown 1 lb sausage, drain and pour over the bread

In a separate bowl beat :
6 eggs
1 t. Mustard
2 1/2 Cups milk
Pour the egg mixture over the sausage.

Mix:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup evaporated milk
Pour over the egg mixture

Sprinkle 1/2 lb of cheddar cheese over that mixture, refrigerate over night then bake the next morning

Directions:
Bake at 350 for 1 hour
