¾ pound chorizo - casings removed
1 can (14½ ounce) golden hominy -drained
1 can (17 ounce) cream style corn
1 package (10 ounce) frozen corn kernels
1 teaspoon cornstarch
½ cup chicken broth

Thinly sliced radishes

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble sausage and brown in fry pan. Drain grease.

In a 4-5 quart saucepan add hominy, cream style corn and frozen corn. Add browned meat and cook uncovered until hot (5 minutes).

Mix cornstarch with broth, add to pan and stir until mixture boils. Serve.

Garnish with radishes.
