Beef Mixture:
1 pound ground beef - browned
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
16 ounces tomato sauce

Noodle Mixture:
1 8-ounce package noodles
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
½ cup chopped green onion
½ cup chopped green pepper

Topping:
Shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles following package instructions and add oil to water when noodles are nearly done.

Drain and add other ingredients from noodle mixture.

In 9 x 13 pan alternate layers of noodle mixture with beef mixture. Top with shredded cheese.

Bake at 350º foor 30 minutes.
