1 6" stick cinnamon
16 cloves plus extra cloves
1 teaspoon whole allspice
3 medium oranges
6 cups apple cider or juice
2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon bitters
1 cup rum

Directions:
Directions:
Break cinnamon in pieces. Tie in cheesecloth bag with the 16 whole cloves and allspice. Stud oranges with extra cloves. In 3 quart pan combine all but rum. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in rum. Remove orange and spice bag.

Makes 8-9 cups.
