1 pork butt
2 cups ketchup
5 Tablespoons brown sugar
5 Tablespoons red cider vinegar
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablepoons spicy brown mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put pork butt in slow cooker. Combine all of the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour over the pork.

Cover and cook on High all day until meat is tender. Can also be cooked overnight. Remove meat and shred with two forks. Return to slow cooker. Strain some of the sauce using a hand strainer over the pork and heat through.


Serve on toasted rolls or buns.

Can also use 2 lbs of pork tenderloin in place of the pork butt.
