1/2 C sugar
2/3 C brown sugar
4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 2/3 C flour
2 sticks unsalted butter

CAKE:
3 C flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 C butter
1/2 C veg shortening
1 1/2 C sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla/ almond extract
2 C sour cream or yogurt

Directions:

Grease 10" TUBE PAN well

Combine first 5 ingredients with melted butter. You want big chunks so not over beat

Mix flour, powder, soda, salt set aside

Cream butter, shortening, suger until light. Beat egg in one at a time. Add extracts

Add dry ingredients alternating with sour cream to butter mixture.

Spoon 1/2 batter in pan. Spoon half topping...Spoon remaining batter on top then remaining topping in large crumbs
pressing a bit into the cake layer to make sure it sticks.

Bake center oven 350º 1 Hr and 15 min
