3 - 8 oz Cream Cheese - softened
3 Eggs
3/4 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 rolls of already make chocolate chip cookie dough

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl beat together the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until well mixed. Slice cookie dough rolls into 1/3 inch slices from 1 roll of dough. Arrange slices in a greased glass 9 x 13 inch pan press together any holes so bottom of pan is covered. Spoon cream cheese mixture over cookie dough. Slice the remaining roll of cookie dough on top of cream cheese mixture. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and center is slightly firm. Let cool and refrigerate.

Note: keep the cookie dough refrigerated until ready to slice. You can serve the cheesecake plain, with chocolate sauce, fudge or whipped topping. If you like but its rich enough on its own.
