8-10 Slices of Bread (a couple days old is better)
1/2 lb. Cheese - shreded
1 lb. ham or bacon cubed/chopped
8 Eggs
2 c. Milk
1/2 tsp Dry Mustard or 1/4 tsp Mustard
1/2 c. Butter - melted
Optional: mushrooms, onions, peppers, etc

Directions:
Directions:
Cube bread and arrange bread, ham, other veggies and cheese in a 9 x 13 pan. Beat eggs, add mustard and milk. Pour over bread mixture in pan. Add melted butter over the top. Cover pan with foil. Place in refrigerator or at least 2 hours. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

you can also choos to layer of cubed bread, meat, veggies, cheese topped with another layer of bread assemble how you prefer.
