1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
3 med russet potatoes, cut into 1 I wedges
3 minced garlic cloves (or so)
1 large onion, finely chopped (I use half, like more garlic than onion)
1/2 t kosher salt
1/4 t black pepper
4 c chicken broth
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese, plus more for individual servings
1 large bunch of kale, leaves stripped from stalks and chopped (about 2 cups of leaves)
3/4 heavy cream

Crumble sausage into a medium skillet and brown over medium heat.

Add the sausage, potatoes, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, chicken broth, and parmesan cheese

Super easy to make. Tastes just like Olive Garden! Grab some really good crusty bread for dipping. Delicious!
