18 Vanilla Wafers
16 oz Cream Cheese - softened
1/2 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
1 can Cherry Pie Filling

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Place cupcake liners in muffin tins and place vanilla wafer in 18 muffin cups. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla about 5 minutes. Spoon mixture in each cup. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool and top with cherry pie filling.
