2 tsp. vegetable oil
2 containers heavy cream
1 container Parmesan cream sauce (hard to find, might need to find online usually in dairy department)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 1/2 lbs butter potaotoes sliced thin
1 shallot, diced
1/2 cup Gruyere cheese

pre-heat oven to 350º
heat oil in stock pot on medium low and add shallots, cook and stir 3-4 minutes
add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese sauce, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to pot, stir cook 2-3 minutes
remove from heat, stir in potatoes and cheese
spray 9x13 dish with cooking spry, put in potato mixture
bake 60-65 minutes until potatoes are tender and top is golden
rest for 20 minutes
