8 oz. cream cheese, softened and cut into cubes
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. Thousand Island dressing
1/2 lb. corned beef, coarsely chopped
1.5 c. shredded swiss cheese
14 oz. can sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry with paper towels (does not have to be dry; just get rid of the excess moisture)

Heat and stir first three ingredients until mostly smooth. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Heat through and serve hot. My favorite crackers to serve with this are the black pepper Triscuits
