½ cup butter
1½ cup sugar
2 eggs
¾ cup sour cream or buttermilk
2 ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla
2 scant cups flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add 2 eggs, sour cream or buttermilk, add ripe mashed bananas, 1 tsp vanilla and 2 scant cups flour, salt and soda. Bake in greased jelly roll pan @ 375º for 30 minutes. Frost with a powdered sugar frosting. Can put nuts on top. Freeze's well.
