1 pkg. lime jello (small package serves 4)
1 c. hot water
2 small packages cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple
Dash of salt
½ c. whipped cream
½ c. finely chopped nuts

Directions:
Dissolve jello in water. Cool until syrupy. Place cheese in bowl and work with fork until fluffy. Add salt. Gradually add the partially thickened jello to make a smooth mix. Add well-drained pineapple and nuts. Fold in Whipped Cream. Chill. Garnish.
