Ingredients:
Ingredients:
250 g spaghetti, broken in half
250 g slivered beef or pork
220 g carrots, julienned
1/4 c teriyaki sauce (3 TB soy + 1 TB sake + 1 TB mirin)
2 tsp Worcestershire
1 TB sesame oil
1 TB lime juice
2 tsp chili garlic sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put pasta in pot and barely cover with water. Add 2 TB salt. Cover and bring to boil. Turn heat down and simmer ~5-7 minutes until al dente (taste to check it's done).

In wok, brown meat, add veggies then 1/4 c water and cover to steam 5 minutes. Uncover and boil off liquid.

Meanwhile, mix teriyaki ingredients in small pot. Bring to boil and pull on and off heat while swirling (this caramelizes the sugars and thickens it slightly). After about 5 minutes, turn off the heat and add the remaining flavourings.

When noodles are done, drain them and toss into the wok. Add sauce and saute until it coats the noodles (~1-2 minutes). Serve hot.
