400 g beef, sliced into fingers
3 TB Maggi
3 TB water
1 TB oil
1 tsp chili garlic sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
2 green onions, cut into 5 cm pieces
1 pkg enoki or shimeiji mushrooms
4 loops yellow egg noodles (prefer thin style)
2 small red chilies, minced
2 tsp garlic

Directions:

Marinate beef with Maggi through cornstarch for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash & slice onions. Cut ends off mushrooms and separate.

Bring a pot of water to boil. Add egg noodles and cook. Put in colander and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.

Saute chilis and garlic. Add beef, cook until mostly done. Add mushrooms and onions. When cooked through, add noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
