8 oz. semisweet chocolate
10 T. Butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1¾ c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1½ tsp. vanilla extract
8 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º Grease a 13 x 9 baking dish. Combine chocolate and 6 T butter in saucpan over low heat until melted/ smooth. Remove from heat; cool 10 min. In large bow, beat 1¼ c. sugar and 3 eggs until well blended. Blend 1½ c. flour, baking pwd. salt, and ½ tsp. vanilla. Stir in cooled chocolate mixture. Spread batter in prepared pan. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, ¾ c. sugar and 4 T. butter until smooth. Beat in remaining egg and 1 tsp. vanilla. Stir in remaining ¼ c. flour. Spread mixture over chocolate batter. Gently swirl batters together using tip of a knife. Bake 40 mins or until set. Cool in pan on rack.
