1 pound bulk breakfast sausage like Bob Evans or Tennessee Pride
One can of Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
1/8 oz package of cream cheese

In a large Skillet Brown the sausage until it crumbles and there's no pink showing drain well add to Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies and stir in the cream cheese until blended well serve with Tostito chips
