2/3 cup chopped onion
2 T vegetable oil
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/2 lb. hot Italian turkey
1/2 cup minced parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
6 cup chicken broth
1 medium zucchini sliced
1 pkg frozen mixed veggies
1 can kidney beans, drained
1/2 cup cooked elbow macaroni
2 T cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large kettle over medium heat sauté onion in oil until tender, about 4 minutes.
Add the next 6 ingredients.
Cook until meat is no longer pink. Add tomatoes, broth, zucchini, and mixed veggies, cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add beans, macaroni, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes or until heated through.
