1 lb. fresh morel mushrooms, sliced
2 T. lemon juice
1 Lg. onion, chopped
3 T. butter
2 T. all- purpose flour
1 qt. milk
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle the mushrooms with lemon juice in a saucepan, saute mushrooms and onion in butter until tender.
Sprinkle with flour, stir well.
Gradually add milk, bouillon, thyme, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil and stir for 2 minutes.
Reduce heat, simmer for 10-15 minutes.
