1 1/2 pound hamburger
1 finely chopped onion
1 egg
salt and pepper for taste
2 slices of soaked bread but not drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well. Add 4 teaspoons uncooked rice and shape into balls. Cook in kettle with tomatoes, onion sliced fine, garlic, salt, and pepper. Put in meat balls, cover and allow to simmer 40 minutes or until done.
