1 tsp - 1 T olive oil, depending upon amount of pasta
Leftover sauced string pasta, e.g., spaghetti, linguine, capellini, etc.
Tomato sauce, if needed
Beaten eggs to cover
S & P to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a frying pan large enough for pasta to fill the pan in1-4 a shallow layer. Warm leftover pasta from the refrigerator. Add just enough sauce to coat noodles if pasta is plain. (It should be fairly dry.) Add beaten eggs. Cover and cook until the eggs are set and the pasta forms a firm pie. Season to taste. Makes a great breakfast for pasta lovers and children.
