1 1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1 package onion soup mix
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup ketchup

Filling
1 cup mushrooms saulted in butter
1/2 cup green peppers
6-8 slice cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together for the meatloaf. Place half the meatloaf in the pan. Add the filling. Add the other half of the meatloaf. Mix 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup ketchup and put on top of meatloaf. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Serve with a side salad and garlic bread
