1 package dry yeast
2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup milk, warm
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put one cup flour, yeast, sugar and salt in mixed bowl.
After the milk is scalded at 1/4 cup water and olive oil and cool until it reached 125 degrees.
Add to mixed dry ingredients and with dough hooks beat for 3 minutes,
Turn onto floured board and knead a minute or so until smooth.
Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise until doubled.
Spread dough on a large pizza pan.
Let rise a little more for think crust.
Put on any topping and bake 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
