2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 c. sour cream
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breast for 20 minutes. Cut chicken up into cubes. Mix the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Add to chicken. Crumble Ritz crackers on top. Melt 1 stick of butter and pour over the mixture in baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
