1 cup barley
1 teaspoon salt
4 gloves garlic or 1 teaspoon garlic salt
18 ounces mushrooms(cut up)
1 pound sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Cover barley with water adding salt and garlic.
Add more water in necessary.
Add mushrooms with beef juice and mix well.
Bake, covered in a greased pan for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
Serve hot.
