1 package of medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 stick of butter
1 rotisserie chicken, pulled apart (or 4 chicken breast roasted and pulled apart)
1 large can ( family size) cream of chicken soup
1 small can cream of mushroom soup
2 boxes of chicken broth
Salt and pepper
Poultry seasoning

You can also add shredded carrots for color.

Cook egg noodles, drain and stir in butter. Stir in chicken, chicken soup and mushroom soup. Add 1 box of broth. Stir and let simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste. Be careful and stir often because noodles will want to stick sometimes. You will need to add more broth to get it to the consistency you want.
