2 cups uncooked long grain white rice
1 Tbs dry onion flakes
1 cube butter
6 chicken bouillon cubes
6 cups hot water

Directions:
Directions:
In frying pan combine rice, onions and butter
Stir until butter is melted and rice and onions are lightly browned.
(Lightly browned is the key - they darken really fast , so watch carefully).
Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
Combine rice and water in 9X13 casserole dish.
Stir gently.
Cover with foil
Bake 350 1 hour.

Can serve with Montreal chicken
Chicken breasts, Montreal seasoning, and chicken broth. 325 for 3 hours. Fork apart
