1 pkg. onion soup base
1 T butter
1 large white onions
French Fried Onions
Creamy Goat Cheese
BBQ sauce
Wheat burger buns

Directions:
Slice the onion into half moons. Melt the butter in a large skillet, and cook the onion slowly over low heat until carmelized, stirring frequently to prevent burning. Mix the ground sirloin and soup base, being careful not to overwork the meat. Form into 3 - 4 patties (depending on how large you want your burgers). Fry in olive oil to desired doneness. Stack the burger with the carmelized onions, a patty, and French fried onions. Top with either goat cheese (Laura's choice) or BBQ sauce (Matt's choice).
