Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs. chicken tenders
½ c brown sugar
½ c vinegar
¼ c soy sauce
2 T chopped ginger paste
1 ½ tsp Siracha hot sauce (more or less)
¼ c Flour
Pita pockets
Diced fresh pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Clean and trim the chicken tenders. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, and siracha. Toss chicken in the flour until lightly coated. Add a small amount of the hot sauce and toss to coat. Place chicken in a baking dish and put in oven for 20-30 minutes. While chicken is cooking, bring the hot sauce to a boil on the stove and reduce until a thicker consistency (about half the original volume). When chicken is nearly finished cooking, baste with the hot sauce (use all of it!). Let the chicken finish in the oven. Serve in pita pockets with diced fresh pineapple.
