2 lbs boneless chicken
Marinade:
1 T lemon juice
1 tsp cumin
3 T chopped ginger paste
1 c plain yogurt
1 tsp curry powder
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp salt
Sauce:
3 tsp tomato puree
1 medium onion, diced
½ c cream or plain yogurt
1 T ground coriander
1 T chopped ginger paste
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp sugar
1 T lemon juice
½ c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cut chicken into 2 inch pieces, making slashes across the meat. Drizzle with lemon juice. Make the marinade: Mix yogurt, curry, ginger, coriander, cumin, and salt. Marinate chicken at least 2 hours (overnight is best). Bake for 30 minutes. In a medium saucepan, cook tomato puree and onion in butter until brown. Add all spices for the sauce and lemon juice. Cook 3 minutes. Add chicken and cream, cook 7-10 minutes. Serve with flatbread or rice
