2 bags of Chester's Puffercorn
1 cup brown sugar
½ c. light corn syrup
½ c. butter
1 tsp, baking soda

Preheat oven to 250. Place the puffcorn in a large roasting pan.
In 2 qt. saucepan, melt butter and stir in brown sugar and corn syrup.

Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add baking soda. Stir until
caramel color appears. Mix thoroughly with puffcorn.

Bake 45 min, stirring every 15 min.

Cool only a couple minutes before dumping out (It will stick to pan
if you wait too long.) Break apart when cooled.
