2 cups basmati rice
3 teaspoons salt
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare rice to make 6 cups cooked, adding the bay leaf with your preferred method. I use a rice cooker.
2. Remove bay leaf and place into a large bowl.
3. Stir in cilantro, lime juice, lemon juice and salt. Serve hot. Great in burritos.
