5 tablespoons meringue powder
3/4 cup warm water
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 bag of icing sugar (1kg)

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together meringue powder and water until foamy and meringue powder.

Add cream of tartar and icing sugar and mix for 5 minutes at medium high speed.

Divide icing into desired colours (a little goes a long way....I use Wilton gel icing colours) add water very sparingly (sprinkle at a time) to get desired consistency. Thinner consistency for flooding, thicker for more detailed. Allow icing to dry for an hour before layering with more details.
