6 large zucchini's (15-18") peeled and seeded
3 green peppers
3 red sweet peppers
c. canning salt
5 large onions
2 trays of ice
5 c. white vinegar
5 c. sugar
3 tbsp celery seed
1 tbsp turmeric

Directions:
Directions:
Shred together zucchini, peppers, and onions.
Mix in salt and cover with 2 trays of ice
Let sit overnight
In the morning drain all liquid and rinse in water. Drain well.
In a pot bring vinegar and sugar to boil.
Add spices and vegetables. Bring to 2nd boil.
Remove from heat. Put in hot jars and process for 15 min in boiling water bath.
