3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs beaten
1/3 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla

topping:
1 cup brown sugar (light)
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sweet potatoes till done. 425 degrees for 1 hr.
Peel then mix with other ingredients and put in baking dish. Hand mixer makes it very smooth.

Mix ingredients for topping and sprinkle on top.

To have this less sweet leave out the 1 cup sugar> original recipe has sugar in it. I leave it out.
