1 pkg Beef Short Ribs
Salt & Pepper
more Pepper
Garlic Salt
Garlic Powder
Celery Salt
Dried Shallots
1 cup Bone Broth
1 garlic clove, sliced
1 Onion, chopped
1 Potatoe, skin & chop
Beef Bouillion with Water
1 can Campbell's French Onion Soup
some Baby Carrots, sliced
handful of peas
handful of corn
1 tablespoon Corn Starch

Directions:
Directions:
Braise beef with seasonings. Deglaze with bone broth. Cover meat with water. Boil 1 hour with onions. Remove bones and any extra fat from meat. Skim or pour off grease as needed. Add all other ingredients and simmer another hour. Last half hour add corn starch to a little cold water to smooth/mix, then stir into stew to help thicken.
