25-30 medium cucumbers
8 white onions
2 green peppers
2 red sweet peppers
c. salt
5 c. vinegar
5 c. sugar
2 tbsp mustard seed
tsp. cloves
1 tbsp. turmeric

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cucumbers and soak for 3 hrs in salt (they will make their own brine). Drain and discard water. Bring liquid and spices to a boil then add cucumbers, onions and peppers. Bring to a boiling point. Bottle and seal.
