1 - 3oz. pkg of Cream Cheese

3 - 31/2 c. of Powdered Sugar

3 - 4 drops of Peppermint Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Beat until light. Add oil flavoring and desired paste color. Blend. Add powdered sugar - blend; first with a fork. When mixture becomes thick, knead in remainder of powdered sugar to form a stiff dough. Work with hands, roll into small balls and then roll balls into granualated sugar. Put small amount of granulated sugar into mold. Press balls into rubber molds. Unmold immediately onto waxed paper. Air dry to form outer crust. The longer, the better.
Store in covered container.

These mints are fabulous for bridal or baby showers. Also great for social gatherings or if you hostess a party. I remember when I did a open house party for my new business, My Mamaw made these for the guests and they were a huge hit. I don't remember having any left over!
