16 oz flat iron steak
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoons Tony Chachere's seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 pepper sliced
1/4 onion sliced
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
4 slices swiss cheese
4 toasted ciabatta buns

Directions:
Directions:
Rub a little olive oil on steak and generously season both sides with seasonings. Allow steak to get to room temperature before grilling.

Sear steak on hot grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Steak should be rare. Do not over cook.

Take steak off grill and let rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

Sauté veggies in pan with remaining olive oil. Sprinkle with Tony Chachere's.

Once the steak has cooled, slice thinly. Toss the sliced steak with the saluted veggies just enough to warm up.

Divide steak and veggie mixture into 4 portions. Top with Swiss cheese. Allow cheese to melt. Serve on a warm, toasted ciabatta bun.
