½ Cup Evaporated Milk
6 Oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
3 Tbl. Corn Syrup
⅓ Cup Light Rum
½ Cup sifted Powdered Sugar
1 Cup finely chopped nuts
2 ½ Cups Vanilla Wafer Crumbs (11 oz. box is about 3 Cups or crumbs.)

½ C Powdered Sugar for Coating balls.

Stir milk, chocolate morsels, corn syrup over low heat until choc. melts. (2 Quart pan)

Remove from heat.

Mix in rum and ½ Cup powdered sugar until smooth.

Stir in nuts and vanilla wafer crumbs about ¼ Cup at a time until all mixed.

Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.

Shape with wet hands in ½ inch balls.

Roll in powdered sugar.

Chill in refrigerator until set.

Store in a closed container.
