1/2 pound leftover beef from roast sliced thin into 2 " pieces or fresh beef sirloin
1 16 oz pkg sliced portobello mushrooms
1 medium onion sliced thin
3 clove garlic sliced
2 T butter
3/4c beef stock
2T Worcestershire sauce
1/4c flour
1/2c fat free sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combined beef broth with flour and Worcestershire until combined. Set aside.

If using fresh beef, saute it in butter first just until slightly browned and remove.
Sauté mushrooms, onions, and garlic.
Add beef broth mixture to the mushrooms and company. Simmer for 5 mins or so.
When it is slightly thickened return beef to the mixture, simmering slowly. About 10 mins.
Remove pan from stove top and add sour cream.
This gets better as it sits. Just keep warm on low till ready to eat.

I like to serve over wide egg noodles.
