8 oz. crab meat
8 oz. cream cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp. Worestershire sauce
12 wonton skins
1 beaten egg

Directions:

1. Chop crab meat into small pieces
2. Mix cream cheese, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce
3. Add 1 tsp. of fillling to the center of wonton
4. Brush edges with egg and pinch corners together
5. Fry 350º until browned, about 1-2 min.
