1 pkg Smoked Sausage, slice and half
2 Sweet Potatoes, cubed
2 Yellow Potatoes, cubed
1 Green Pepper, cut large pieces
1 Onion, cut large pieces
Directions:
Directions:
Large skillet cook both potatoes in bacon grease (or butter/oil). Another skillet cook smoked sausage with peppers and onions. Add to the potatoes. Stir well and serve.
